The Easiest Bread Ever (makes Challah look like hard labor)
From the book, 'Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day"
Makes about four 1-pound loaves. The recipe is easily doubled or halved.
short version:
dough...
mix (don't knead, just mix) 3 cups warm water, 1.5 T dry yeast, 1.5 salt, and 6.5 cups flour,
leave on counter for 2 hours in covered tupperware slightly open, then
fridge the tupperware of dough, and make bread with it any time in the next 2 weeks.
when you want to make a loaf...
pull off and shape a ball,
dust it with flour,
and let it sit out for 20 minutes, ,
slash the top,
then bake at 230 degree c. for 30 minutes.
